Information on visitors

Even if you haven't set your computer to accept cookies you can still browse our site anonymously until such time as you add an item to the 2Checkout shopping cart. The 2Checkout cookie is required in order that the shopping cart services will operate as intended.

Upon making a purchase through 2Checkout.com, the following information is passed to us by email:

Your name and address.
Your email address.
Your 2Checkout.com order number.
Details of the items purchased.

No details of your credit card account are supplied to us by 2Checkout.com. We do not require such information and you will never be asked to disclose it either on our site or via email correspondence.

Template files contain an invisible ID number that is unique to each customer and which enables us to verify that our license conditions are adhered to. The ID number contains no personal information about the purchaser.

Use and storage of your personal information

When you supply any personal information to WebStudioTemplates.com, either directly or indirectly via a purchase through 2Checkout.com, it will never be supplied to anyone outside of our company without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged by law to disclose it.

We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the UK's Data Protection Act 1998.

We will not contact you for promotional purposes, such as notifying you of improvements to the service or new products and services on WebStudioTemplates.com unless you specifically opt to receive such promotional information.
