Upon purchase, WebStudioTemplates.com ("We", "Us", "Our") grants you a non-exclusive license to use the web templates available on this website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "license") issued by our company. Any use of a template for any other purpose than set out in this agreement without prior written agreement from WebStudioTemplates.com will be considered a breach of these user terms and conditions. WebStudioTemplates.com retains the right to take lawful actions to settle any license breach in order to protect its interests and the interests of its other license holders. A copy of this license is included with your purchase for your records.

2) Permitted Product Usage

Templates offered for sale on this site are non-exclusive and will remain available for others to license
Permitted uses of our templates differ depending on the type of license purchased. The sections below
outline each type of license and the conditions of use in detail.

a) Web Templates

You may:
Use them to make your own or customer websites as desired.
Make whatever modifications necessary to make them fit your requirements. However, the modified
web templates will still remain subject to this license and copyright of the original template and its component parts remains with WebStudioTemplates.com.

You may NOT:
Redistribute our web templates or the component parts thereof as part of a content management
system (CMS).
Resell or redistribute our web templates or the component parts thereof, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website, or any other storage media, either free or in exchange for money, services, etc, in any form - modified, unmodified, standalone or combined with another product in any way not explicitly mentioned in this license without prior written consent from us.

3) LICENSES

a. Single Use License
The purchase of a template and "Single Use" license permits you to use the template on any and all pages of a single website, either your own site or that of a client, defined by a single unique domain name.

b. Multi-Use License
The purchase of a template and Multi-Use license permits you to use the template on any and all pages of unlimited websites, either your own or a client's. No further purchases or payment are required in respect of that specific template, however the purchase of a multi-use license does not permit the resale or redistribution of the template as-is or in a modified form in violation of clause 4.

4) NON-TRANSFERABLE LICENSE

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to any other individual or entity.

5) PRODUCT OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our web templates, or of any component part thereof, either modified or unmodified.

5a) OUR OBLIGATION TO SUPPLY

When you make a purchase from WebStudioTemplates.com via our authorized reseller, 2checkout.com, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase one or more templates and the offer to purchase is accepted by us only at the point when we despatch your template file(s) by email.

6) REFUND POLICY

Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, refunds cannot be made after a template has been dispatched by email, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any template from our site. Exceptions to this policy will only be made when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned.

If a template is purchased in error for use in a program other than those specifically categorized as compatible in section 1 - Program Requirements, no refunds will be made.

8) DISCLAIMER

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. Although photographic images are purchased from licensed resellers, no reproduction rights are inferred and in the event of a challenge to the ownership or usage rights of any image used in a template, our liability shall be limited to the substitution of the image(s) in question with an image of similar subject matter. We reserve the right to modify or revise this license, our prices and/or template designs at any time and without notice.

YOUR PURCHASE AND USE OF OUR WEB TEMPLATES IMPLIES THAT YOU HAVE BOTH READ AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.
