I didn't receive my template file by email.
Outlook Express will not let me save the attachment.
File will not open.

I didn't receive my template file by email.
If you are using a webmail account such as Yahoo or Hotmail, check the Trash folder in case the email was automatically deleted. If you cannot locate the email, send your name and Order number to sales@webstudiotemplates.com explaining the problem. Please make sure that your email account spam filter will allow you to receive emails (with attachments) from the above address and/or specify an alternative non-webmail address.


Outlook Express will not let me save the attachment.
Open OE, click on "Tools" on the top toolbar, then on "Options..." and open the "Security" section. Uncheck the box which says "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus". Click on "Apply" and "OK". Now try to save the attachment again.


File will not open.
The ows files are all sent in compressed zip folders and need to be unzipped before they will open in Web Studio. Most computers have a zip utility installed already, but if you need a zip program you can download one free from Snapfiles

File will not save.
All ows files have their attributes set to "read only" before they are dispatched which prevents changes being saved to the original ows file. When you want to save your work, click on File on the top toolbar, then on Save As and make a new ows file.

Refunds and Cancellations.

Refunds will only be made where the item can be shown to be not as described, subject to our Terms and Conditions. Cancellations will only be accepted if they are received before the template file has been dispatched by email and may be subject to a charge to cover commission charges and transaction fees levied by 2Checkout.com.
